We offer a free same day click and collect service. Place your order before 4pm Monday to Saturday (3pm Sunday). Orders placed after these times will be available for collection the next day from 9.30am (10:30am Sundays)

Extended Christmas Returns 

Items purchased for Christmas from the 30th October 2025 can be returned up to the 4th January 2026.

All orders are sent using a tracked service and you will receive your tracking number once your goods have been dispatched.

Delivery Information (DPD Pin Code Delivery) 

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email or text from DPD with your tracking details and a unique delivery PIN code. Please provide this PIN code to the delivery driver to complete your delivery. 

What to Expect on Delivery Day:

DPD will send you a delivery time slot on the day of delivery.

If you’re unable to receive your parcel, you can reschedule delivery on the DPD website.

If no one is available to accept the delivery, DPD will try again on the next working day.

Important:

PIN code is required to complete the delivery. If you don’t have it, DPD cannot hand over your parcel and will attempt delivery the following working day.

If someone else will be accepting the parcel, they will also need the PIN code to complete the delivery.

Lost or Don’t Have Your PIN Code?

If you don’t have the PIN code when the driver arrives, they can resend it to the email or mobile number provided at checkout.

MISSED DELIVERY
In the event you miss delivery from the courier they will re-attempt delivery on the next working day. If you miss delivery for a second time the item will be returned to OD's. In this event, you will be required to pay for shipping again. Alternatively a refund on the original order will be issued. If you wish to re-purchase the shipping, please click here.
