UK Delivery (Mainland)
We use DPD for fast, reliable delivery. Place your order by 3.00pm (Monday–Thursday) for next working day delivery.

- Order before 4pm for same-day pickup
- Orders after 4pm ready from 9:30am next day
- Only available during store hours
DPD Pin Code Delivery
- You'll receive a tracking link and a unique PIN code
- PIN code required to complete delivery
- Delivery slot sent on the morning of delivery
- Missed delivery? DPD will try again next working day
- If someone else is accepting your delivery, they’ll also need the PIN
- Lost your PIN? Resend via email or SMS from checkout details
📦 Missed a Delivery?
- DPD will reattempt delivery next working day
- If delivery is missed twice, the order is returned to us
- Options:
- Re-pay for delivery (e.g., Next Day or Saturday Delivery)
- Request a full refund
🌍 International Delivery (USA, Canada & Australia)
We ship worldwide. A flat delivery fee is added at checkout: USA & Canada £20, Australia £25. This covers delivery only — it does not include any import duty, tax or courier handling fee, which you pay directly to the courier when your parcel is delivered.

*Estimated only. USA import charges apply to all orders (~26% duty + a courier fee) since the $800 duty-free allowance ended in 2025. Canada charges ~17% duty + ~5% sales tax + a courier fee. Australia is duty & tax free under approx AUD $1,000 (~£520), then ~15%. Figures assume clothing/apparel and are for guidance only.
All prices are shown excluding any import duties, taxes or customs charges levied by the destination country. You, the customer, are the importer of record and are solely responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and courier handling fees charged on arrival. These are NOT included in your OD's order total or shipping fee and are NOT collected by us.
The figures shown are ESTIMATES ONLY. Final charges are set entirely by the destination customs authority and courier, and may differ. OD's accepts no responsibility for these charges, for any customs delays, or for parcels refused or returned due to unpaid duties (return shipping and any losses are the customer's responsibility).

We accept returns within 14 days of your delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags attached.
