Delivery

We currently use Parcelforce as our main UK courier service. Orders placed before 2.30pm Mon - Thursday are dispatched the same day for delivery the following day. Orders placed before 2.30pm on a Friday will be dispatched the same day for delivery on the following Monday. Orders placed after 2.30pm on a Friday, will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday. We also offer a Saturday delivery service or you can pick up your items in store with our free click & collect service. Pick up and delivery dates may differ slightly on bank holidays. Click and collect is only available on days and hours of operation.

Next Day Delivery: £5.95 (Place order before 2.30pm Monday - Thursday)
Saturday Delivery: £15.00 (Place order before 2.30pm Friday)
Free Next Day Delivery: May be available depending on the current running promotion(Applicable to full price items only). 
Click & Collect: We offer a free same day click and collect service. Place your order before 4pm Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after these times will be available for collection the next day from 9.30am.

All orders will be sent via DHL Express International Tracked Delivery and will take on average 2-3 business days to arrive, however due to customs on some occasions it can sometimes take up to 10 days. Orders placed before 2.30pm will be despatched the same day (Monday-Friday).

Missed Delivery

In the event you miss delivery from the courier they will re-attempt delivery on the next working day. If you miss delivery for a second time the item will be returned to OD's. In this event, you will be required to pay for shipping again. Alternatively a refund on the original order will be issued. If you wish to re-purchase the shipping, please click here.
