How do I return an item?
You can return items bought online within 14 days of receiving them, unworn and in their original packaging with tags attached. Bring them into our store or post them to OD's Designer Clothing, 44 Barrow Street, St Helens, WA10 1RY. Full details are in our Returns Policy.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are available in our store at 44 Barrow Street, St Helens.
How much is delivery?
UK mainland next-day delivery is free on full-price orders over £50, and £5.95 under £50. Order before 3pm Monday–Friday. See our Shipping Policy.
Do you deliver at weekends?
Yes. For Saturday delivery order before 3pm Friday; for Sunday delivery order before 1pm Saturday. Free on full-price orders over £50, £5.95 under £50.
Can I click and collect?
Yes, it's free. Order before 4pm Monday–Saturday for same-day collection from 44 Barrow Street, St Helens. Otherwise your order is ready after 9.30am the next opening day.
When are your stores open?
Monday to Saturday, 9am–5pm. Closed Sunday. OD's Designer Clothing is at 44 Barrow Street and OD's Jewellers is at 41 Barrow Street, St Helens, WA10 1RY.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
