Fit follows a European template: close enough to look sharp over a shirt, but not aggressively slim. Rib trims at cuff and hem are tensioned to hold the knit in place without gripping uncomfortably. If you want more room for layering, particularly under heavier outerwear, sizing up by one is usually sufficient to create space without losing the intended line.
